If you’re someone who desires to grow in your leadership skills and learn the construction equipment distribution business, we have the program for you! The Management Trainee Program seeks to develop management abilities in future business leaders, giving you an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all branch functions throughout each of our divisions.
Trainees will travel to different locations/divisions to gain hands-on experience in our three major departments: parts, rental, and service.
Online coursework from Berry University will include leadership and soft skills training.
Trainees will work with and learn from the best of the best within our company, as well as partake in regular check-ins with the Berry Companies leadership team.
This program will include extensive travel for the short-term that will lead to a leadership or support role in one of our operating divisions of equipment dealerships.
